Daniel was appointed the head for Integrated Facility Management in 2022. Prior to his current appointment, he was the Deputy General Manager for Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council from 2020 to 2022.

In his current role, Daniel provides leadership and support to the multi-disciplinary team. He brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to the table. With a keen understanding of the complexities inherent in real estate management, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

He is passionate on leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs and elevate overall occupant experience. Intrigued by the diverse facets of integrated facilities management, from sustainability initiatives to risk mitigation strategies, he is committed to constantly learn from the best and upskill/ equip himself with new knowledge relevant to the real estate industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and completed his Master of Science in Real Estate (both from the National University of Singapore) in 2014. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and swims to keep himself fit.
